How we handle your details

This explains what personal information Masterz Agency collects through this website, why we collect it, who sees it, how long we keep it and what your rights are. It covers the “Register interest” form and any messages you send us.

1. Who we are

Masterz Agency (“we”, “us”) decides how the details described here are used, which makes us the “controller” under UK data protection law.

To ask about your details, message us on Instagram at @ecombenjii.

2. What we collect

When you fill in the form on our website, we collect:

your name, email address and WhatsApp number
the country you live in, and whether you’re 18 or over
whether you’re comfortable with the arrangement, and whether you’ve sold on Etsy before
anything you choose to write in the message box

We also keep what you send us when we talk by email, WhatsApp or Instagram.

We never ask for ID documents, bank details, National Insurance or tax numbers, or passwords through this website. Please don’t send them to us here.

3. Why we use it

We only use your details for the purposes below, and we have a lawful reason for each.

To reply to you and explain how the arrangement works: Taking steps you’ve asked for before entering an agreement, and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries
To check whether we can work with you, for example your age and where you live: Taking steps before entering an agreement

If you sign: to carry out the agreement and keep records the law requires, such as tax records: Performing our contract with you, and our legal obligations

We don’t sell your details, we don’t use them for unrelated marketing, and we don’t make decisions about you by automated means.

4. Who we share it with

Netlify, which hosts this website.
Web3Forms, which receives our website form and emails your answers to our inbox.
The services we use to talk to you, such as email, WhatsApp and Instagram.
Our professional advisers, such as accountants and lawyers, when we need their help.
Authorities, such as tax authorities, when the law requires it.

If you go on to sign an agreement, you’ll complete identity checks directly with Etsy and with the bank or payment provider you set up. They handle your details under their own privacy policies.

5. Transfers outside the UK

Some of the services above, including Netlify, Web3Forms, Google and Meta (WhatsApp and Instagram), may process data outside the UK, for example in the United States. Where they do, we rely on safeguards recognised by UK law, such as the UK–US data bridge or approved contract terms.

6. How long we keep it

If we don’t go ahead: we delete your enquiry within 12 months of our last contact.
If you sign an agreement: we keep your details while it lasts and for up to 6 years after it ends, so we can deal with tax, accounting and legal matters.

7. Keeping it secure

Only the people on our team who need your details can see them, and we take reasonable steps to protect them. If you sign an agreement, it also commits us to use your ID and account details only for that arrangement and to keep them secure under data protection law, whether or not you choose the optional NDA.

8. Your rights

Under UK data protection law, you can ask us to:

give you a copy of the details we hold about you
correct details that are wrong or incomplete
delete your details
limit how we use them, or stop using them
send them to you or another organisation in a common format

Some of these rights depend on the situation, for example we may need to keep records the law requires. Contact us using the details in section 1. We’ll reply within one month and won’t charge you.

If you live outside the UK, for example in the EU, you may have similar rights under your local law. You can use them in the same way.

If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113, or to the data protection authority where you live. We’d appreciate the chance to put things right first.

9. Cookies and fonts

This website doesn’t use cookies, analytics or tracking. Our fonts load from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google’s servers and shares your IP address with Google. Links to Instagram take you to Meta’s website, which has its own privacy policy.

10. Under 18s

This arrangement is only for people aged 18 or over. If you’re under 18, please don’t send us your details. If we find we’ve collected details from someone under 18, we’ll delete them.

11. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
